Most of the maintenance requests we receive are routine. This includes leaky faucets, pest control, and fixtures.
Priority maintenance requests are typically responded to in less than 24 hours. These include no hot water and no heat during the winter.
Emergency maintenance requests are typically responded to within a couple of hours. These include leaks that are causing damage to the property.
